Our Services. DMP Detailing delivers Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Maintenance Detailing, Auto Upholstery Cleaning, Leather Conditioning, Pet Hair Removal. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. DMP Detailing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. DMP Detailing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMP Detailing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid DMP Detailing in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold DMP Detailing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. DMP Detailing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
